1. Services

Edunetraline provides professional qualification improvement courses delivered live online, in-person, or on-demand. Program details, duration, schedule, and prerequisites are listed on our website. Clients may reschedule an enrollment subject to availability and a processing fee. Certain custom or one-off sessions are marked as non-refundable due to resource allocation.

2. Information Products

Edunetraline offers digital materials such as e-books, recorded lectures, and study guides ("Information Products"). These items are delivered electronically upon purchase and are licensed for personal use only. Sharing or redistribution is not allowed. Purchasers may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided no download or access has been initiated. After this window, no reimbursement requests will be accepted.

3. Goods

When physical materials (printed manuals, USB drives, or related items) are offered, they are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Orders may be canceled before shipping for a full reimbursement. After shipment, clients must report any damage within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement at no extra charge. Items sent back must be unused and in original condition.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

Services: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date qualify for a full reimbursement processed to the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Cancellations made less than 7 days before or no-shows are not eligible for any reimbursement due to staffing and resource planning. Enrollments may be transferred to a future session subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. To initiate any change, please submit your request via Contact Form.

Information Products: Eligible for full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if no access or download has occurred. All requests must be submitted through Contact Form within the specified period.

Goods: Cancellations prior to shipment receive full reimbursement. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Approved claims result in a replacement item at no charge once the original item is sent back in unused condition.

5. Amendments

Edunetraline may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
